BlahprNetwork HTTP SERVER - FOR WINDOWS

WORK IN PROGRESS - STILL HAS KNOWN AND UNKNOWN BUGS AND ISSUES BUT OVERALL WORKING ENOUGH TO RELEASE.
no security just plain ol' HTTP SERVER.

HTTP SERVER Used to Flow Files or Folders over LAN and IP. With Help.

i need to make the downloads more dynamic i suppose and add more robust everything but ive developed and debugged this to function good enough for me for now.
