This PR updates the README's quick setup instructions. Cloning the repo in step 2 was both 1) copying unneeded files into the topiary config dir and 2) not placing the nu.scm file in config/queries dir, where it would be in the default discovery path used by topiary.
The instructions have been updated to download and place only the necessary files for setup, along with a few other minor text revisions/formatting.
