Summary

• Historical devlogs added — Moved 30+ decision records and development notes to docs/devlog/ to document project vision, architecture decisions, and implementation history (Oct 2025 – Mar 2026)
• Devlog skill — Added .claude/skills/devlog/SKILL.md for writing future devlog entries via /devlog
• Logs directory fallback for release builds — TrailblazeHostYamlRunner and HostTrailblazeLoggingRule now fall back to ~/.trailblaze/logs when not running inside a git repo (e.g. binary/release builds), instead of crashing on a null git root
• macOS window visibility fix — Desktop app now always shows the main window on launch (ALWAYS_SHOW_WINDOW) instead of starting minimized to the system tray, improving discoverability
• Internal naming cleanup — Replaced references to "Test Farm" / "ATF" with generic "remote device farm" across build scripts, comments, and docs
• Doc link fix — Updated docs/mcp/index.md to point to the new devlog location instead of the removed docs/decisions/ path
• KDoc added — GitUtils.getGitRootViaCommand() now documents its nullable return and expected fallback behavior
