Convert WAX620 and WAX630 from the old NSS dataplane to the new PPE stack. Switch to ipq8074-ess-cleanup.dtsi, restructure port definitions to use DSA switch ports, and update image packages to use kmod-qca-ppe. Signed-off-by: Kristian Skramstad <kristian+github@83.no>
