I assume the [CodeQL / Analyze (ruby) (dynamic)] check is being triggered because this Ruby file exists on the main branch. Once we remove all Ruby files, that check should stop executing, and the error will be resolved. |

The file was added to satisfy ruby code scanner. The ruby file scanner has been deactivated such that we can also remove the stub file.
