Add custom generation strategies

• Add generation_strategy argument for the Agent allowing custom generation strategies to be specified on instantiation
• Add a beamline-friendly generation strategy that uses a model with correlated inputs as a forerunner for more specific beamline strategies
• Add a test evaluation function module for testing different correlation strategies
