This PR refreshes repository-facing documentation and contributor guidance to align the project’s template wording and “what this package does” summary across the README, docs site, and instruction files.

Changes:

• Expanded the project description/tagline in README.md and docs/index.md to enumerate the package’s major capability areas.
• Updated docs/portfolio-skills.md to refine wording, add new evidence-backed subsections, and bump modified_date.
• Adjusted contributor/CI guidance (CLAUDE.md, .github/copilot-instructions.md, .github/workflows/npm-test.yml) and updated the docs site head include to a newer Font Awesome CDN version.
