Fixes borchero#54 Update the package to support PyTorch 2.0 and PyTorch-Lightning 2.0. * **pyproject.toml** - Update `torch` version to "^2.0.0". - Update `pytorch-lightning` version to "^2.0.0". * **.github/workflows/ci.yml** - Add Python 3.11 to the matrix of Python versions for unit tests. * **pycave/bayes/gmm/lightning_module.py** - Update import for `EarlyStopping` to ensure compatibility with PyTorch-Lightning 2.0. * **pycave/bayes/markov_chain/estimator.py** - Add import for `Trainer` from `pytorch_lightning`. * **pycave/utils/lightning_module.py** - Update import for `pytorch_lightning` to `lightning.pytorch` to ensure compatibility with PyTorch-Lightning 2.0. --- For more details, open the [Copilot Workspace session](https://copilot-workspace.githubnext.com/borchero/pycave/issues/54?shareId=XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
