Introduces:
TunneledSSH: Whether connections must be routed through a client-side tunnel proxy. This is required for instances that do not have public IP addresses.If this value is true on an instance type, a Cloudflare tunnel is established on instance provision for all SSH communication.
VerifiedAt: The timestamp at which the instance type was "verified". This is just to keep types consistent between the cloud SDK and devplane. I have a branch in dev-plane which ignores this value being set from the cloud SDK.Also updated golangci-lint to v2.7.1 to be consistent with our other codebase.
