Add an unlisted Voyager landing experience

Summary

• add dedicated Voyager and Delivery Readiness Assessment routes with a cohesive visual system
• present the product through outcomes, system context, prioritized next steps, and clear evidence
• unify the Voyager, Stargate, and Ack navigation and tab icons as simple gradient silhouettes
• remove Concepta branding and implementation-specific terminology from the Voyager experience
• keep Voyager available by direct URL while excluding it from both desktop and mobile product menus

Why

Voyager needs a focused page for testing its positioning without changing the existing Code Analysis experience or exposing the new product in public navigation yet.

User impact

Visitors with the direct URL can explore the Voyager landing page and readiness assessment. Existing product navigation and the current Code Analysis routes remain unchanged.
