The generate url for the javascript reads;-
/plugins/digg-digg//js/diggdigg-floating-bar.js
It should read;-
/plugins/digg-digg/js/diggdigg-floating-bar.js
This can cause issues when generating static copies of the website with plugins like simply-static, this change removes the redundant '/' .
