Add CallgrindMeasure and a concept of process wrapping to benchmarks so that each CallgrindMeasure is run under valgrind. Additionally adds a gh workflow that runs the new callgrind measure nightly and on pushes to main. Signed-off-by: Bailey Hayes <bailey@cosmonic.com>
