Clean up comments in request_messages.go

[google-labs-jules]

This change cleans up the comments in go/internal/x11/request_messages.go. Each parse...Request() function now has a comment immediately above it that contains the format of the request it is parsing as specified in go/internal/x11/x11protocol.txt. This improves the readability and maintainability of the code.
