Description
test_fix_aminoacids.pywas failing for a system of two protein chains where one of the chains didn't start its numbering with "1." This PR adds a new test for this system and modifies the code so that it passes this test and all preexisting fix_aminoacids tests.Status
test_reconstructiontests is failing, but it is also failing for me on the tip of the master branch, so probably not related to this PR. I will install scwrl and try again later. I'm comfortable with merging this now if you are @cabb99
