2. Download and install Qt, ver. 5.9.1 preferrable
3. Download and install Anaconda distribution
4. Download and install Python2.7
5. Download and install Boost - see Boost Library Building
6. Download and install Scons, ver. 3.0.1
7. Download and install Qt build tool for Scons
