This PR enhances CI failure diagnostics for the multi-node MicroCeph GitHub Actions jobs by collecting more LXD and in-container MicroCeph state when a job fails.
Changes:
- Expand “Print logs for failure” to dump LXD state (containers + storage).
- Iterate over worker containers to collect MicroCeph status/health and snap logs for both
microcephandmicroceph.daemon.
