fix: update Grafana's ingress integrations

Issue

When this issue is merged:

• 1/3 - Proper HA support with mysql/postgres grafana-k8s-operator#463

Grafana no longer relates to Traefik over traefik_route, so we need to update the integrations in both COS and COS Lite.

Solution

Update the TF integrations. Note that the CI is failing, but this PR solves it:

• feat: COS solution tests on self-hosted runners #143
