This PR changes rock workflows to work with the
blueprintsjustfile mechanism: given the logic for most operations are in the justfile itself, the workflows are now mostly concerned with runningjust recipesand checking changed files.Reminder that
mainis a development branch for CI and rocks should be usingv1; to my knowledge nothing is using@mainthough, so we should be fine :)
