updated designs for Boxel dashboard, still tweaking appearance/treatment of realm icons within tiles.

• new appearance for tiles
• added ability to favorite workspaces
• ability to delete workspace (modal)
• visual tag of hosted spaces
• ability to launch alternate hosted versions in a new window (hover url bar at bottom of tile)
• ability to filter view only hosted sites (dropdown center top)
