This is source code containing analysis of SigE ChIP-seq regions for SigE motifs in Streptomyces coelicolor

To rerun the analysis

• please replicate the conda environment based on environment_explicit.txt
• activate the environment
• in the root of the downloaded directory (this one), run the run_all.sh
