The 0.3.0 report feature was undocumented. Add coverage: - README: mention the self-contained HTML report in the overview + quickstart, and add 'trialmatchai report' to the CLI reference table. - docs/index.md: note results/index.html in the two-halves quickstart. - docs/pipeline.md: a 'Reports' section (report --patient / --all, auto-emit gated by reporting.emit_html). - docs/api.md: an 'HTML report' API-reference section for trialmatchai.interop.exporters.html_report.
