…nsion advisories `npm audit` reported high/moderate issues in bundled deps under `node_modules/npm` (from `@semantic-release/npm`). `npm audit fix` cannot patch those because they ship inside the `npm` tarball, so the lockfile was refreshed with `npm update npm` to pull `npm` 11.13.0, which includes patched bundles. Only `package-lock.json` changed.
