I have reorganized the data directory.

• Added README.md to outline new directory structure
• Created archive directory for storiung superseded USDM JSON files
• Moved original pilot study USDM JSON to the archive directory
• Added latest USDM JSON for the LZZT and HCT07197120 studies. These were generated with the latest version of the SoA Workbench
• Added latest Define JSON for the LZZT and HCT07197120 studies. These were generated with the latest version of the SoA Workbench

Thanks! A few questions:
Will the \data\soa_workbench\protocols<protocol> folder eventually contain a collection of JSON files? If yes, would it be better than that the latest files have 'latest' in their name instead of the , so that people do not have to update their program when there is a new file.
In the README is says that the define JSON files are ODM 1.3.2 Define-XML export, but they are DDS exports. We also have to fix that in the model. It is not ODM 1.3.2.

I agree that adding latest would be best. It is my intention to archive old versions of the files. I will make these changes and re-push.
