Move the view menu to imgui and messaging File menu partially moved although still in strange state because of the diff window Windows menu currently commented out View menu tests need to be updated still
Just so they exist in the imgui version
Send messages to create the windows from windows menu Also fix a bug with send messages when the recipients make a new recipient (the vector is modified)
