An always-on Mac runs the show and heals itself. A live desktop layer renders Ziggy; a browser "home" page opens at login as your command center. A tiny, swappable voice module gives him a voice (free out of the box, studio-quality with a key). Secrets live only on your machine. Everything is written down as a portable spec so it can be rebuilt or moved anywhere.
