Moving up the Contributor Ladder
I've been working on cilium since ~2022, and have mostly worked on the policy and fqdn subsystem improving performance and scalability, as well as a lot
of bugs/correctness issues causing very bad production issues. I've also been reviewing other PRs and changes for a while, as well as commenting on issues helping people debug
production issues, as well as fixing them. I've done everything from small oneline bugfixes, to large rewrites of the fqdn subsystem in cilium/cilium#42500
and cilium/cilium#42815 to fix production problems hitting a lot of cilium users.
I've also worked on other parts like the kvstore/etcd and metrics subsystems++, but I'll start my nominating myself
as a reviewer of the policy and fqdn subsystems.

I also helped discover and report the following cilium security issues; GHSA-4xp2-w642-7mcx and GHSA-gj2r-phwg-6rww.
