🚀 Summary
As described in cksource/ckeditor5-internal#4073, we need to update the CI triggers to allow building workflows for non-main branches (from a GitHub perspective). As the CKEditor 5 project consists of more than a single main branch, we must align the CI configuration. Once the pull request is merged, CI triggers must be aligned, too.
