docs: Update README to re-include "pipx install --include-deps" - #28

Having the cleura-openstack alias means it's possible to install this package with just "pipx install". However, to also use the openstack, heat, freezer etc. commands, one must still use "pipx install --include-deps". Update the README and the pyproject.toml comment accordingly. This partially reverts commit 2f8a780.
