Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Adds resource node tree
  • Changes customer ID from bigint to uuid
  • Populate resource nodes during measurement
  • Beginning of a JSON export tool

Security considerations

  • updates crypto module
  • some arbitrary strings coming in from space/app/service names
  • creates a new cli tool, but it doesn't embed any kind of authorization
