Resolved the merge conflicts in commit 73ce7bb. The conflicts in go.mod and go.sum were for google.golang.org/genproto/googleapis/rpc and google.golang.org/grpc — both updated to the newer versions from main. The branch now includes all dependency updates from main along with the terraform-plugin-framework bump to v1.19.0.
