Versions of jammy post cloudfoundry/bosh-linux-stemcell-builder#470 will no longer have the monit-actual wrapper script. For backwards compatibility, we will accept either. Note that noble never had the wrapper script, so the changes here are only to the runit portion of the tests (noble uses systemd). ai-assisted=yes [TNZ-60576]
