About the pull request
They can still understand it though
Add a language flag for hear only
Add some lazy list defines for adding and removing bit flags... Did we need them? Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh maybe.
Of note if for any reason the only language left is a hear only language, the mob will be able to speak it as it's the only language available to be the default language.
Explain why it's good for the game
Fix this thing I didn't notice occurred when I last touched language/speaking oopsies
