About the pull request
Adds a few of the newly introduced negative properties from the wider research rework into other tab reagents (primarily chemvendor elements). Also fixes a few typos with descriptions and property syntax.
Explain why it's good for the game
Better distribution of properties for chemicals that have traits you'd expect them to exhibit.
For example, chlorine is now biocidic and pneumotoxic (harmful to tissue on digestion and harmful to lungs on air contact), and Sleen is addictive.

add: Added a few extra properties to a variety of basic chemicals. Medical chems not affected by this change.
add: Methylphenidate and Sleen are now (minorly) addictive!
fix: Fixed PROPERTY_HEMORRHAGING on radium, preventing it from working properly.
