Welcome to the official repository for the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF) Governing Board.
The CNCF Governing Board operates under the CNCF Charter. The board’s primary responsibilities include:
- Establishing and managing the annual budget.
- Defining marketing and ecosystem strategy.
- Overseeing legal, trademark, and compliance matters.
For technical oversight of CNCF projects, please refer to the Technical Oversight Committee (TOC). For end user concerns, see the Technical Advisory Board (TAB).
The Governing Board is composed of:
- Appointed representatives of Platinum Members
- Elected representatives of Gold and Silver Members
- Elected representatives from CNCF projects
- Chair of the Technical Oversight Committee
- Chair of the End User Technical Advisory Board
