Sync Kubernetes AI Conformance mappings with cncf/k8s-ai-conformance

This updates CNCF Landscape AI conformance placement to match the current certified platform set in cncf/k8s-ai-conformance. It closes gaps where certified products were present in Landscape but not mapped into Certified Kubernetes - AI Platform.

• Scope

  • Updated landscape.yml second_path mappings for AI-conformant platforms only.
  • No category/subcategory structure changes; only cross-listing corrections.
