LGTM.
Merging this will be sufficient for v26.2, but in order for this change to persist into v26.3 and beyond it will need to be changed in the cockroach repo, as the go files are the source of truth for this metrics data: https://github.com/cockroachdb/cockroach/blob/66caf4e1902b45db1f3d468dd7693365289c6b8e/pkg/ccl/changefeedccl/metrics.go#L765-L780
