Symmetric with ReadRestoreFromHibernate. The operator sets this on a pod it (re)creates for a hibernated agent so the new node restores the VM from its :hibernate snapshot instead of booting fresh.

The operator sets it on a pod it (re)creates for a hibernated agent so vk restores the VM from its:hibernatesnapshot instead of booting fresh. Prereq for the cocoon-operator restore-from-hibernate producer.Test: round-trip + nil-pod.
