chore: remove Code, Flipchat apps and orphaned modules#687

Remove dead code for the Code and Flipchat apps which are no longer active. This includes their app entry points, associated service layers, protobuf definitions, and modules that were only consumed by them: - apps/codeApp, apps/flipchatApp - services/code, services/flipchat, services/legacy-shared - definitions/code, definitions/flipchat, definitions/flipchat-vm - libs/models-ktx, libs/requests - ui/analytics Also cleans up settings.gradle.kts, Packaging.kt, GradleNamespace.kt, Fastfile, and labeler.yml to remove all references to these modules.
