V2.1 SmartCutter ( Stable ) + finished V3 arch. models release

• Improved and I believe final version of inference script
• retrained, no more prototype v3 pretrained models.
• potentially better v5 arch. + support for it ( For future, maybe.. atm? v3 is sufficient. )

Available test models can be downloaded here:

• v3_model_48000

• v3_model_32000
  
  ( Put them into ckpts folder and you're good to go, just follow the readme or in case of issues, visit my dc server. )

WARNING:
Old ( prototype / demo ) v3 pretrains are not compatible with 2.1.
If you insist on using old models? you need 2.0 release.
