I've pushed the upstream tailscale/wireguard-go as the new
mainbranch and we will retire the currentmasterin this repo once we get this intocoder/coder. This base is what upstream tailscale use.On top of the base, I've simplified @coadler 's race fix based on PR feedback, and updated to the latest gVisor.
