I am still trying to make infield work for my own CDF project. It looks like this is a prerequisite for another change which I hope is the one that will un-break the current infield quickstart.
So even though I cannot test this currently, it would be awesome to get all the improvements merged and then handle any issues as follow up items.

Adds a new dp:infield package with a reusable Infield location module for CDM-backed deployments.
The module is based on the Oslo Infield-on-CDM example and includes location-specific spaces, InFieldCDMLocationConfig, LocationFilter, and Infield user/admin auth groups. It is structured as accelerators/infield/location so additional locations can be created by copying the module folder and adjusting the location variables.
Deployment setup: It should be enough to configure the default.config.yaml per location to auto generate neccessary resources for an InField location.
