Add 2025 Honda City 7G support and new ECU firmware Expanded FW_VERSIONS for 2025 Honda City 7G with additional ECU firmware strings. Added documentation entry for 2025 Honda City (Brazil only) in values.py.
Combine 2023 and 2025 HondaCarDocs into a single list for HONDA_CITY_7G in values.py to improve code consistency and maintainability.
