New endpoint to retrieve the list of guests associated with a reservation, returning checkin state, nationality, birthdate and identification document. Reuse CheckinStateEnum in folio schema to avoid duplication.
Add checkout ordering, change default creation date sort to ascending, and replace alphabetical state sorting with a computed fastapi_sort_state field that groups folios by operational priority (arriving > onboard > departed > other). Includes SQL migrations for large databases.
