Adds
RemixPopover, a styledNakedPopoverwrapper with Mix styling, programmatic control, lifecycle callbacks, accessibility forwarding, and a Fortal preset. Exposes the component publicly and includes Widgetbook coverage, user documentation, generated styling code, and tests for styling, dismissal, controller behavior, focus restoration, and semantics.Related Issues
