@433eros I merged the other LARA PR. Can you confirm that the conflicts on this PR which are probably from changes to lara-ecs.yml after this PR was started, have been applied to the template in the lara repository? |

These are being moved into the Learn Portal web app and LARA repos. Consider merging once concord-consortium/rigse#1164 is merged
