The
omitemptytag currently only applies to tables and not lists. This PR adds this functionality to the human readable list output.In other words, if an entire column is empty, it is now omitted. This is intended to improve the readability of lists with many columns.
Boolean columns are still displayed in the current draft on the reasoning that there is still useful information when a column is all false, but maybe we don't want this?
