This commit adds only auto generated (minimum) files of scorecard testing for the OLM workflow. In the future, we will have to add proper tests to validate the operator. Please note: this is yet another prerequisite for the OLM. As such, I didn't bother right now to add proper tests and hopefully once we have the operator initial version published on operatorhub.io then we can add actual tests for the next releases.
