Faktory's JavaScript is a copy of Sidekiq's JS circa 2017. Needs modernization.
Remove jQuery if possible. Dashboard charts are the big blob which needs work, Sidekiq migrated to Charts.js thanks to Adam, we'd need a similar effort here.
