Adds a new optional configuration parameter to specify a required reviewer username for merge requests. If set, the bot validates that the specified reviewer in the `BOT_GITLAB_MERGE_REQUEST_REVIEWER_USERNAME` environment variable is present in the event data `reviewers` array before processing the merge request.

Thank you for your contribution @francovp I understand that this feature is designed to constrain the execution of AI Review, ensuring that AI Review only runs when the submitter selects a reviewer configured with BOT_GITLAB_MERGE_REQUEST_REVIEWER_USERNAME. This definitely helps in avoiding blind execution of AI Review. Is my understanding correct? |
