Add Theme Color Customization

Summary

Implemented theme color customization feature with multiple color options for users. Added:

• New theme color selection in user dropdown menu
• Theme color persistence in database
• Dynamic theme color application using CSS variables
• Support for light and dark mode themes

Key changes:

• Created userPreferences table to store theme color
• Added actions to get and update theme color
• Implemented theme color context provider
• Added CSS classes for different theme colors
• Updated nav user component with theme color selector
